1000 People Plan

Koolmill MD receives RMB 1 Million (£100,000) and a residents permit for China at a ceremony in Zhejiang Provincial Capital Hangzhou. The 1000 people plan or Recruitment Program of Global Experts targets Foreign Experts of interest to the Chinese Government and incentivises them to bring their knowledge and IP to China. Alec was the only UK recipient at this ceremony.
